Can Stocka connect to my card machine?
Yes — on the Pro and Business plans, Stocka integrates directly with your card machine so sales are recorded automatically when a customer pays. On the Trial plan, you record each sale manually by tapping what you sold and selecting the payment method.
How do I record a sale?
Simple — tap the items you sold, select the payment method (card, cash, EFT or any other), then push to save. Stocka records it, deducts the stock and adds it to your daily report. Takes about 5 seconds.
Does it work with any payment method?
Yes. When recording a sale you choose how the customer paid — card, cash, EFT, PayShap, SnapScan or anything else. Stocka tracks each method separately so you can see exactly where your money is coming from.
Does it work during load shedding?
Yes. Stocka is offline-first. All your sales and stock data saves on your device. When you reconnect, everything syncs automatically. Built specifically for South African conditions.
What devices does it work on?
Any device with a browser — phones, tablets and laptops. Android and iPhone both work. We recommend an 11-inch Android tablet for the best experience, but your existing phone is fine to start.
How long does setup take?
